I absolutely love this guy! I first listened to John Assaraf on Lewis Howes' podcast, where he spoke about unlocking your brain's full potential. In this interview, he digs into how our everyday thoughts and actions determine the quality of our lives. It sounds long winded, but he breaks it down really well. He talks about being aware of our emotions, where we should surf/ ride the wave, rather than getting hit by the wave. Another point he emphasises, is the need for repetition of good behaviours. The more we do small good things, the more automatic it becomes for us. Enjoy the vid!
