Strawberry Coconut Breakfast Cups
Are smoothies better in cups because you're under the illusion it's a bigger meal?
Regardless, these little breakfast cups are perfect before a morning workout, surf or if you're just rushing out the door.
- 1 cup Yoghurt (I go for Chobani plain)
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Bananas
- Topping: Coconut Flakes, Granola, Chia Seeds and Pepitas
- Optional: Honey, Oats
- Place the strawberries, yoghurt, bananas into blender
- Taste for consistency and sweetness. If it's too runny for you, add some oats. If it's too thick, add almond milk... and if it's too bitter add some honey.
- Top with coconut flacks, granola, chia seeds and pepitas
