Strawberry Coconut Breakfast Cups

Are smoothies better in cups because you're under the illusion it's a bigger meal?

Regardless, these little breakfast cups are perfect before a morning workout, surf or if you're just rushing out the door. 


  • 1 cup Yoghurt (I go for Chobani plain)
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • Topping: Coconut Flakes, Granola, Chia Seeds and Pepitas
  • Optional: Honey, Oats



  1. Place the strawberries, yoghurt, bananas into blender
  2. Taste for consistency and sweetness. If it's too runny for you, add some oats. If it's too thick, add almond milk... and if it's too bitter add some honey. 
  3. Top with coconut flacks, granola, chia seeds and pepitas
